Relevant Church is all about making much of Jesus. We believe that He is God, that He came from Heaven to Earth to rescue us and did so by living, dying and rising.

We want to share the good news with everyone, that Jesus invites you to know grace, forgiveness and purpose.

Trinity

We believe in the sovereignty of one God: Father, Son and Holy Spirit. God has existed in relationship with Himself for all eternity. Although each member of the Trinity serves different functions, they each possess equal power and authority. God upholds and rules over all things. He governs and reigns supreme over the entirety of creation including over mankind, accomplishing through nature and man his eternal purposes.

Jesus Christ

We believe that Jesus Christ, as begotten by the Holy Spirit and born of the virgin Mary, is fully God and fully man. We believe that on the cross Jesus Christ became sin for us, was judged by God and died in our place. We believe in the bodily resurrection of the Lord Jesus Christ, His ascension into Heaven, and His present ministry as our High Priest and advocate with the Father..

Bible

The Bible is God’s Word to all people. We believe that the scriptures of the Old Testament and New Testament in their original writing are fully inspired by God and accept them as the supreme and final authority for faith and life. The Bible is truth without error and is completely relevant to our everyday lives.

Church

The Church is a local community of believers unified through faith in Christ. It is committed to the teachings of Christ, obeying all of His instructionss, and seeks to bring the Gospel to the world. The Church works together in love and unity, intent on the ultimate purpose of glorifying Christ.

Salvation

The blood of Jesus Christ, shed on the cross, provides the only way of salvation through the forgiveness of sin. Salvation occurs when people place their faith in the death and resurrection of Christ as sufficient payment for their sin. Salvation is a gift from God, and it cannot be earned through our own efforts.
